WHAT COMES NEXT?
Once you reach out to us, we'll connect through phone or email and gather a few key pieces of information. If it sounds like we might be a fit for your project, we'll schedule a meeting in person or via zoom.
1. Initial Contact
Whether virtually or in person, we'll spend 1-2 hours going over the main elements of your build. Discussion will include floor plan, lot conditions, utilities, budget, and timeline. Within a week, our team will put together a preliminary estimate. While not a final contract number, you'll have an approximate financial range and timeline.
2. Consultation
If you decide you’d like to work with us we'll move forward with a Pre-Construction Contract. At the end of Pre-Construction we'll ensure you have your building permit in hand and are prepared to break ground. Additionally, we will provide you with our final bid for your project giving you the option to move forward with us into construction.
3. Pre-Construction
Once you've got your building permit in hand, we'll oversee every step of the construction process. We work closely with our vetted and experienced subcontractors from excavation and foundation to the final painting touch-ups. All along the way, we'll make sure you stay up to date and have easy access to your build schedule and financial schedule.
4. Construction
5. Move In
We pass final inspection and you have your Certificate of Occupancy! After 6 to 8 months of construction, you and your family move into your beautiful new home. We'll make sure you have everything you need to effectively maintain your space. Our warranty will take care of you and your home for 2 years following completion, and many manufacturer warranties cover their materials well beyond those 2 years. Additionally, we'll be available as long as you're in your new home to answer questions and help troubleshoot should any issues arise.
